Dr Pietari Kaapa (University of Warwick) is an Associate Professor in Media and Communications at the Centre for Cultural and Media Policy Studies and course director of the MA Global Media and Communications.
Dr Hunter Vaughan is the Environmental Media Scholar-in-Residence at the University of Colorado Boulder. His research focuses on screen media and the environment, in particular the materiality of production cultures and issues of environmental justice and social power. He is the author, most recently, of Hollywood’s Dirtiest Secret: the Hidden Environmental Costs of the Movies (Columbia University Press, 2019), and is founding Editor of the Journal of Environmental Media.
